User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is the subscription contract between Command Technology Software Base LTD. ("Rentificial") and the business or individual that subscribes to the Rentificial Services ("Subscriber", "you").

1. Subscription and licence

Rentificial grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for your internal rental-business operations during the paid period, subject to your chosen plan's limits (such as asset and user limits).

2. Plans and freemium

We offer a free "Freemium" plan with limited capacity and paid plans (billed monthly or yearly) with additional modules such as management, mobile app, customer website, API, maintenance, financial accounts, expenses, extra services, suppliers and insurance. 3. Fees, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period through our payment providers (iyzico or Stripe). Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price. Applicable taxes are added. Prices may change with prior notice effective from the next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewals. Except where required by law or the Distance Selling Agreement, fees already paid are non-refundable. Downgrading may reduce available features and capacity.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, your users, the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, obtaining consents from your own customers, and complying with laws applicable to your rental business (including consumer, tax and data-protection laws).

6. Data ownership and portability

You own your Customer Data. During your subscription you can export your core data. After termination we retain data only as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Services available and provide support through in-app tickets and e-mail. Planned maintenance is communicated where practical. The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or factors beyond our control.

8. Suspension

We may suspend the Services for non-payment, security risks or breach of the Terms of Service, after notice where practical.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform this Agreement.

10. Liability

Liability under this Agreement is subject to the limitations in the Terms of Service.

11. Term and termination

This Agreement runs for as long as you have an active subscription. Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within a reasonable period. Sections that by nature survive termination (fees due, confidentiality, liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
