Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rentificial platform, websites and applications ("Services") provided by Command Technology Software Base LTD. ("Rentificial", "we"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Rentificial is a cloud-based rental-management platform for rental operators (bikes, scooters, caravans, cars, equipment and similar assets), offering reservations, contracts, pricing, maintenance, finance, a fleet calendar and an optional customer-facing rental website.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to bind the business you represent. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services unlawfully or to store unlawful content; (b) infringe others' rights; (c) attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or overload the Services; (d) resell or provide the Services to third parties except as permitted; (e) upload malware. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited right to host and process it solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for the lawfulness of Customer Data and for obtaining any necessary consents from your own customers.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans and the freemium plan are described on our pricing page and are governed by the User Agreement and, for online purchases in Türkiye, the Distance Selling Agreement. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, software, design and trademarks are owned by Rentificial or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

7. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third parties (for example payment providers and maps). Your use of those services is subject to their terms; we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentificial's total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits or data.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the Services ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
