Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement is established under the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts for subscriptions to the Rentificial digital service purchased online.

1. Parties

Seller: Command Technology Software Base LTD. (Türkiye İçin Komut Teknolojisi Yazılım Üssü Ticaret Ltd. Şti.), Zümrütevler Mah. Ural Sok. No 14/3 Maltepe, İstanbul, Türkiye. E-mail: [email protected].
Buyer: the person or business whose details are provided at checkout.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the sale of a subscription to the Rentificial rental-management software service (a digital service delivered electronically), with the qualities and price specified on the order page.

3. Product/service and price

The selected plan, billing period (monthly or yearly), features and the total price including applicable taxes are shown on the order/checkout page before purchase. The price displayed at the time of order is valid.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit/debit card or supported methods through our payment providers (iyzico, Stripe). The subscription activates after successful payment.

5. Delivery

The service is a digital service and is "delivered" by activating access to the platform immediately or shortly after successful payment, for the purchased period.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital services whose performance begins immediately with the consumer's express consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply once performance has started, as permitted by the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Where the right applies, the Buyer may withdraw within fourteen (14) days without justification by notifying [email protected]; eligible refunds are returned via the original payment method within the legal period. This clause does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

7. Renewal and cancellation

Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically for the same period as described in the User Agreement. The Buyer may cancel future renewals at any time from the account.

8. Buyer declarations

The Buyer declares having read and understood the essential qualities, price, payment and delivery terms and this Agreement before completing the order.

9. Dispute resolution

The Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
