Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Rentificial account and the data linked to it. This page explains what is deleted, what is retained for legal reasons, and how to make the request.

What is deleted

• Your user account: first and last name, email address, phone number, profile photo
• Session and device records
• Your live support chat history
• Your in-app notifications and reminders
• All records linked to your account that carry no legal retention obligation

What is retained

Issued invoices, contracts and accounting records are kept for 10 years under Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law. These are held solely to meet a legal obligation and are never used for marketing. If you are the owner of a company account, deleting your account may affect the company record and other users; we will contact you in that case.

How to request it

1. In the app, go to Profile → Delete account; or
2. email [email protected] from your account address.
3. We contact you to verify your identity.
4. After verification the deletion is completed within 30 days and you are notified.

If you change your mind, write to the same address before the deletion is completed.
