Creating a reservation with the wizard

The reservation wizard walks you through a booking step by step, checking availability so you never double-book.

Steps

• Open Reservations and click New reservation.
• Pick the dates — the wizard shows only assets free for that period.
• Select the customer or add a new one inline.
• Choose the asset and review the auto-calculated price.
• Confirm to create the reservation.

Tip: the price uses the ranges set on the asset, so seasonal and weekend rates apply automatically.

The booking appears on the fleet calendar instantly and blocks that asset for the selected dates.
