Assign a bike and start a rental

When the customer arrives, turn a reservation into an active rental in a few clicks — capturing condition and handover details as you go.

Steps

• Open the reservation from the calendar or Reservations list.
• Click Start rental.
• Assign the specific asset (if not already fixed).
• Record condition photos and the odometer/usage if relevant.
• Confirm handover to move the rental to Active.

Tip: capturing condition photos at handover protects you in any later dispute.

The asset now shows as on rent until you process the return.
