How to add your first bike

Adding your first asset takes about a minute. This guide adds a bike, but the same steps work for scooters, caravans, cars and equipment.

Steps

• Open Fleet & Assets from the left sidebar.
• Click Add asset in the top right.
• Choose the asset type (e.g. Bike) and enter a name or code.
• Set the daily price and any deposit.
• Add a photo and the location, then Save.

Tip: create one asset fully, then use Duplicate to add similar units in seconds.

Your new asset appears immediately in the fleet calendar and is ready to be reserved.
